Pro software — diagram variants (3 · 3a · 3b · 3c)

Takes on the in-window stage diagrams for the /offer Pro section. Pre-final foundation: 3 · Outcome-led — the promoted winner of the last round (the restaurant Recover · Reply · Track + the business-intelligence Improve brief), kept pristine as the reference. 3a · 3b · 3c layer three improvements: the recovery now spells out the private-feedback value, the review rating reads as an unmistakable 2.0 / 5, and Track is a denser analytics panel (trend · scans · reviews · avg ★ · conversion · full 5★→1★ distribution). They differ only in card 4 — each turns “what to improve” into “how to improve now”: an Improve-now button (3a), a single Do-this directive (3b), or a Follow-these-steps checklist (3c). The ad copy stays locked to the live launch copy — the four stage lines (Recover · Reply · Track · Improve) are identical in every variant; only the diagrams change. Each is shown at desktop and true mobile (390px) width. Share a single mobile cut with ?v=three, ?v=three-a, ?v=three-b, or ?v=three-c.

What changes: only the four diagrams inside the live window, plus the small sample labels inside them. The headline copy stays put. Every Recover diagram keeps the private-first / public review path stays open framing — we never imply a public review is blocked. Sample numbers (428 scans · 142 reviews · 33%) are illustrative product-UI data, identical across variants. Edit diagrams in components/buy/pro-software/diagramVariants.jsx.

3 · Outcome-led

Foundation (promoted from 2)

The promoted foundation — an exact duplicate of the previous winning variant 2. Every stage closes with a gold outcome line; card 4 is the business-intelligence brief. Kept pristine as the reference the improved 3a / 3b / 3c are measured against.

James · table 12 · 8:24pm

Our mains came 20 minutes apart — one of us finished before the other was served.

Daniel · maître d' · 8:28pm

So sorry, James — that's on us. Dessert's on the house, and I'll bring it over myself.

three-a

3a · Number + two buttons

BI brief → do this

Shared improvements over the foundation: Recover spells out the private-feedback value (asked for the manager, settled in 3 min before going public, public path still open); the review carries an unmistakable 2.0 / 5 rating; Track is a denser panel — trend line + scans / reviews / avg ★ / conversion + a full 5★→1★ distribution, filterable by cube / site / staff. Card 4 = variant 3's ranked-themes BI brief, closed by a hero number block ('1 in 3 low ★ cite pacing') beside the 'Do this: Add a Friday-night runner' directive with TWO buttons — primary 'Do this' + secondary '+2 steps'.

Could I speak with the manager? Our mains came 20 minutes apart.

Daniel · maître d' · 8:27pm

On it, James — that's on us. Dessert's on the house; I'll bring it over myself.

Settled privately in 3 min — before James went public. He still can.

3b · Inline number + one button

BI brief → do this

Same shared improvements as 3a. Card 4 = the BI brief + the 'Do this: Add a Friday-night runner' directive with the numbers inline in the stat line (pacing up 4 → 16 · behind 1 in 3 low ratings), one primary 'Do this' button and a '+2 supporting steps' affordance. The closest to the original 3B treatment.

Promote a winner by repointing DEFAULT_DIAGRAM_MOCKS in diagramVariants.jsx to its mocks — /offer renders that set (currently the promoted 3 · Outcome-led foundation), so it stays on those diagrams until you repoint it again.
